Few things could have made this week better honestly.
We were able to get out and do quite a bit of finding which
I absolutely love and people call me crazy for it. But hey there's really nothing
better than talking to random people about things you know without a doubt are
true. We've been extremely blessed lately with people who are prepared to hear
our message being put in our path.
One miracle we had was Darron, who has been taking
discussions for about 3 years, commit to be baptized this Friday. It has been
so remarkable to watch the Gospel change his perspective on life. His wife is a
member of a few years and she is just ecstatic. That has been such an amazing
thing about being on a mission, seeing how the Gospel blesses every aspect of a
person's life.
Elder Treanor and I have been able to realize the blessings
that come from obedience and diligence and we plan on keeping that up. You can
not go wrong in any part of life if you're doing those things.
(Former) Elder Reiswig came back to the mission yesterday
and surprised us all so that was a super cool thing. Elder Treanor got so
excited he ran and gave him a hug and ripped out the back of his suit jacket.
But yeah he brought his fiancee and they're getting married in like August,
super crazy.
We get the transfer document this Saturday so we're hoping
we stay together in this ward for at least one more but we'll see.
Anyway all in all it was a good week and I'm looking forward
to the upcoming week.
Love you
Elder J. Thacker
