Riverton is like a completely different planet compared to
Loveland. It's a pretty small town about 2 hours west of Casper. Not much out
here. But it's good. I'm enjoying it, but it's definitely an adjustment.
Elder Powers and I have been doing well. We are teaching a
lot of less actives and a couple investigators. The members of the ward are
very welcoming to us and they're all very nice. Elder Treanor served up here a
few months ago so everyone knows him which is great.
Since we cover a ward and a branch, we have to go to 2
sacrament meetings that start an hour apart and are about a 30 minute drive
from each other. So we have to do splits every Sunday.
We played some tennis this morning and of course that was a
good time. We have a group of about 27 missionaries going home this transfer so
there's going to be a lot of changes after this one is over. But it's exciting.
Hopefully we get a huge group of new guys to replace them.
Oh and we got some snow the other day. That was weird.
Welcome to Wyoming I guess.
It's definitely been a long week but we're starting to see
things pick up.
I love hearing from you guys.
