Week 6: Fluhmanizing

This week flew by. 

We had a very busy week. Me and Elder Treanor are ballin. Just the usual.

We got smartphones this week so I guess we're a "cool mission" now. We had zone conference yesterday and that was super sweet. We had a phenomenal training by president and it hyped us up pretty good. He's super good at lighting fires under people. 

We went on exchanges with the assistants on Saturday and Elder Fluhman is absolutely legit. The guy's a stud. I learned so much about being a missionary from him. I look up to him a crazy amount even though he went to Lone Peak. Me and him totally connect it was awesome. 

We set up all the smartphones for the whole entire mission it took forever. Everyone got super mad at each other cause we were stuck in the same room for the whole day it was hilarious. But we're closer now than ever so it's good I guess.

Week 5: No Post on Sunday

Not too much happened this week BUT it was a long week and super frustrating. We had a ton of cancellations and people we had to drop. But that's just how it goes sometimes. Plus the weather is just like Utah where it can be 80 degrees in the afternoon and then snow on that same day. Super weird.

We went on exchanges last Wednesday and me and Elder Littlewood did a whole bunch of service so that was super exhausting but it was really good.

We've been doing a ton of finding since we haven't been able to spend too much time in lessons cause they all get cancelled. But me and Elder Treanor have been doing well with keeping positive and just taking care of the things we can control. We figure if we work as hard as we can on those things, then everything else will fall into place, so we'll see.

Honestly I'm so sorry the past few emails have been so boring, there's really just not a ton of things going on. But everything is going great, I've been doing well and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity that I've been given to serve a mission. Thank you all for your continuous love and support.

Week 4: Pony Express

Things are weird just being back with one companion. 

We've been just working all week, not anything too exciting. Lots of tracting and contacting. Just good old fashioned missionary work I guess. We taught quite a few lessons. We've also got a few new 18 year olds that we're teaching which is really a good time.

Elder Treanor and I are getting along super well and working super hard so we're hoping for some great results coming soon. 

Honestly there isn't a ton of things to talk about we had a pretty uneventful week. Sorry this had been such a boring email, like literally one of the highlights of my week was getting a haircut lol. Anyway, I hope you all have a great week!
