Week 33: We are EATON good tonight #Re2urnFromExile

Brother Sieck

As stated in the subject line, my days in the Land of Riverton have come to a close. It's certainly very difficult to be leaving because of all of the amazing relationships I've made. I am looking forward to coming back someday to visit all the great people here.

Tomorrow I'll be making the long journey back to the mission office and from there I will be heading to Eaton, Colorado where I will be in a trio. I am very excited for this opportunity for more change. I have found that that is where the most growth occurs.

This past week was great, we were able to finish up the lessons with Crystal who will be getting baptized next Saturday, so it's really too bad that I'll miss that, but I'm excited for her.

Elder Huntsman will be staying here for a little while longer by the way. He will do great I'm excited for him.

My new address is:
6607 W 3rd St K-1101 Greeley, CO 80634
Thank you for all that you do for me. I wish I was better at writing weekly emails, I will accept any and all feedback on how I can be more interesting of a human being.

Read D&C 122 it's a goodie

Till next time..

Week 32: Most Uneventful Week of My Mission

I apologize but honestly nothing really notable happened this week. We have been working hard without much success but it'll come! We're not even phased. #TrustTheProcess

But yeah we went to mission prep Sunday night so that was like the highlight. It was awesome to see people so excited to serve.

The church is still true for those who are wondering.

Transfer doc comes out this Saturday so I should hopefully have more to report on next week. Thanks for all you do.

Even though no one really sends me mail, I would recommend holding off on that just in case I get shipped out.

Week 31: Tundra

Frozen tundra of WYO

 Brothers, Elders, and Sisters

How are you? I hope well.

This week has been great, he had zone conference in Casper on Friday and unfortunately Elder Treanor got transferred so I did not get to see him. We were taught about desire by the assistants and how much of a difference maker it is in our missionary work. I was able to reflect a lot on what I desire and how I can improve. We talked about the importance of talking to everyone and having a goal to share the gospel with all those who are placed in your path. That was a great experience. I loved it.

On Saturday we had a no drive day so we could not use our vehicle, and of course, the weather was not in our favor. It got down to about 19° and was snowing, and of course, wind. Gotta love the ol' 307. I had a bunch of snow in my hair then we went into someones house and it melted, THEN we went back outside and it froze solid. That was quite the experience, I would recommend that if you haven't tried it.

I gave a talk on Sunday and also taught primary sharing time in Pavillion, what a riot that was.

Well that's all folks talk to ya next week.
